think about it.

lately, while i ride the train to work in the morning, i have been giving myself a good 5 minutes to think about what i am grateful for. and not just think about what i am grateful for, but really feel the feelings of gratefulness. i found that it puts me in such a euphoric head space for the rest of the day. the other day, i found myself literally laughing out loud while thinking about all the good things in my life. it felt really good, to just laugh. try it.
